1. Description of  Alumina:

Alumina ball is widely used in Ceramic industry,cement industry, paint industry, Color industry,

chemical industry,pharmaceutical industry, coating industry and mining industry. The advantages

are: high hardness, good toughness, high density,good erosion resistance, regular shape etc. 

Our alumina grinding is high grade milling media made by advanced cool isostatic pressing technology and fired at high temperature.

and more stable quality alumina ball due to the temperaturedifference of roller kiln is much

smaller than that of tunnel kiln used by other manufacturers. The prominent features of

alumina ball sintered by roller kiln are :

1) higher density  2) lower wear loss  3) more stability of quality 

(3) Supplying Capacity:

Due to the superior production system, we are manufacturing approximately 300 Ton medium and

 high alumina ball each day, which is considered to be 30% of the total global annual consumption

and enable us to deliver to our customer in shortest time as per requirement.
